Three Books I had not had before

I managed to locate dot-font by John Berry, A View of Early Typography by Harry Carter and Digital formats for Typefaces by Peter Karow.  Lots of reading before I ask Mike about these.  I know Harry died in the early 80s but I think both John and Peter are still active. Research mode.
